Goal: A Line Trimmer’s goal is to safely maintain the landscape of a large commercial property. A line trimmer also strives to understand process and improve skills.

Description: As Line Timmer, you will use a handheld line trimmer to perform lawn care maintenance at a large commercial property.

Duties:

1. Knows and follows all safety policies, personnel policy, and procedure policy.
2. Safely and efficiently operates equipment and other tools.
3. Maintains a clean and professional work site.
4. Always ensure proper securement of equipment.
5. Represent the company with professionalism and with good public relations.
6. Adapt to various working situations.
7. Perform additional required and incidental activities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to pass background check and safety training. Driver’s license a plus but not required.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting, up to 100% of a workday. Time in the field may be equal to or more than 50% of time.

Working Environment: Employee is frequently exposed to exterior elements (i.e. pollen, chemicals, cold and heat etc.). Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
